The shipping costs are 4.95 euros (insured via DHL parcel only). A tracking number will be sent by email.

Of course, we can also make small mistakes when packing your order and pack the wrong product, overlook the quantity, or something similar. If there is evidence that there was a shipping error on our part, we will of course cover the full cost of returning the order and re-delivering the desired order.
Please DO NOT return your order to us at your own expense. We will not reimburse you for any costs incurred for your own shipping labels in the event of an incorrect delivery.
